THE BIG BONG THEORY

A supposedly monochromatic psychedelic piece of mood, portrayed in the Canvas on ones mind. 

The project depicts and conveys the post effect of psychedelic drugs. Its too much being bong in itself.

Subject : The project was for a promotional video of a Bengali script of a friend of mine. 

REBRANDING

ALIPORE ZOO

The national zoological park in the "city of Joy", needed a much not attended care and branding.
My challenge was to give it a much light and pop look as the previous not so arranged brand identity.

BRANDING

One of the oldest zoo in India which was opened since 1876;; but nothing major

promotion has been done since to increase the trafc..

• The zoo occupies an area of 46.5 acres with 1266 animals..

• The zoo set a record when around 75,000 people visited the zoo on 1 January,, 2015..

• Minimal price which can be aforded by everyone..

• Major competitors will be Marble Palace Zoo (tthe frst zoo which opened in India));; also based

on popularity Victoria Memorial which hogs more attention than this establishment..

• Millennial know about the existence of the zoo but hardly visits it..

• Used to be a popular landmark of the older generation..

• The zoo is in bad light thanks to the poor reviews provided by the people..

• People are reluctant to visit the zoo due to its bad popularity and the crowd..

• The zoo lacks creativity and structure to attract specifc target groups..

• Internal structure is quite poor based on the deteriorating condition inside the zoo and lack of

proper staf and personals..

• Not much activity on social platforms to engage the online trafc..

• Ofce site lacks proper maintenance and usability to increase trafc..

• The zoo lacks brand equity since it is not on people’s mind and also lacks a personality which

can be positively projected..

• Not many initiatives are taken for promotion or having a joined venture with the government

for the betterment of the zoo..

• The market segment fairs poorly due to the lack of external stakeholder and customer profle;;

hence unable to carter new animals..

IDEATION

Development of the logo was inspired by the animal anatomy, with a pun intended flavour to it.
